New Alchemists!

We are grateful for all the wonderful people who create music and want to share it with the world.  ASF is excited to introduce two new Alchemists to our extended family across the country and the world:

Nouveau Papillon is comprised of Mark Bensette Aux Bois and Hildi Thelen.  In their first session together Mark Bensette Aux Bois and Hildi Thelen realized their collaboration and shared vision has led to the emergence of something much greater than their individual contributions, an evolution of powerful instrumental imagery that is constantly evolving, resulting in a unique new sound outside the scope of the traditional New Age genre.

The name “Nouveau Papillon” means New Butterfly. The initial idea for the name came from the free-flowing nature of the music they were creating and because what they had to offer to the world was new and innovative.  Mark and Hildi invite you to experience the ambience of the haunting, soulful melodies of Nouveau Papillon.

Madison Rising is a band led by an Air Force Veteran and is often referred to as “America’s Most Patriotic Rock Band”.  With their outreach and support of both Veterans and First Responders, they have worked with organizations nationwide to use their platform to help others.  The band has played with artists such as Shinedown, Saving Abel, Ted Nugent, Godsmack and Trace Adkins.  The band continues to make music that focus on key issues in our country, with their most recent album dedicated to our Veterans, PTS and those who are coming back into a civilian life. Their new album is titled “Battered Not Broken”.
